In 2009, dr-sound was found by Adera Waleza. The company operates in the rental services of sound systems, lighting, and DJ equipment, catering to events such as concerts, parties, weddings, MICE, and more. A few years later, dr-sound expanded its business into commercial audio installation for venues like clubs, bars, restaurants, villas, shops, and hotels.

Adera Waleza has been passionate about audio and music since a young age. In 2001, he began working at recording studios Pregina and
Electrohell as a sound engineer, handling tracking, mixing, and mastering. During this time, he worked with almost all the rock and pop bands in Bali, and simultaneously served as the live sound engineer for Indonesia's biggest rock bands Superman Is Dead and Navicula (2001-2008).
In 2009, Adera found dr-sound. After focusing on developing his audio skills and growing the business, in 2021, driven by his love and passion for audio and music, he started research and development (R&D) for an independent loudspeaker brand. This led to the creation of the Aurora Audio Research loudspeaker brand in 2022, which emphasizes natural response, detail, clarity, and smooth performance even at high sound pressure levels (SPL)
